I’m Jean Franzblau, a learning and development professional with deep experience designing and facilitating training that strengthens communication, customer experience, collaboration, and workplace effectiveness. I’m known for creating learning environments that are engaging, practical, and grounded in the real challenges people face at work.
My career began in corporate training at Arden Realty, where I led training for new leasing software across multiple regions and worked with employees at every level of the organization. That experience shaped my ability to make complex information clear, build credibility quickly, and support people through change. From there, I built an independent training practice and expanded my facilitation experience nationally and internationally through my work with SkillPath Seminars.
Over time, I’ve partnered with organizations in law, biotech, entertainment, technology, nonprofit, government, aerospace, healthcare, recruiting, hospitality, education, and financial services. Across settings, my approach is consistent: training should be relevant, well-structured, interactive, and immediately useful. I draw on adult learning principles to design experiences that keep people engaged and help them apply what they’ve learned with confidence.
I earned my B.A., cum laude, from UCLA in Communications and Business Administration, completed the Train the Trainer program through the Association for Talent Development, and served on ATD Los Angeles’s board. I believe effective learning starts with respect, inclusion, and psychological safety, and I bring that perspective to every program I lead.
If you’d like to learn more about my background or explore how I can support your team, I’d welcome the conversation.
